Teambuilding challenge for groups
Team Building Malaga offers you an unusual teambuilding activity in Andalusia, our painting workshop. We will test the creative mind of your group, as well as ensuring you have lots of fun.
First of all, once the teams have been created, a series of riddles and brain teasers will be set up and they will have to be solved within a certain period of time. These games are played in order to obtain the materials needed to create the final picture: crayons, felt-tip pens, cardboard, etc. A monitor will be on hand to help with whatever is needed.
Secondly, it’s time to get down to work. All the paintings selected for this experience are divided into segments, so the members of each team will have to coordinate to paint each one of them. It is very important to know that the segments cannot be joined together until the end, so each person has to make sure to draw their segment correctly.
Finally, once all the segments have been painted, it is time to put them together… and here we will see the final result. The jury will score the paintings and say who the winner is. Don’t forget to sell your painting once the competition is over.
KEY FACTORS
Although the goal of this activity is to recreate a painting, you can always add a personal touch that sets you apart from the other teams – don’t hesitate to be creative and let your imagination go!
Teamwork is fundamental as each team member will have to draw a segment of the picture in order for the full painting to work in the end.
The final part of the activity includes a space where the teams will be asked to explain their paintings and try to convince our jury to buy them.
During the development of the activity, there will be a series of games and challenges to test the teams.
