A Colorful Competition
At Team Building Málaga, we present “The Art Battle” – a unique artistic experience designed to energize, inspire, and connect your team. This team building activity invites participants to compete in the creation of the best collective artwork, in a day filled with creativity, color, and collaboration.
During this immersive experience, teams will leave their mark on a blank canvas, starting from scratch and developing their piece step by step. Each group will design their artistic path, adjusting, refining, and improvising through collaboration. The goal: to transform an idea into a visual expression that captures the team’s essence.
Using techniques such as graffiti, painting, collage, and spray art, we’ll work on key soft skills like:
Individual and collective creativity
Leadership and communication
Cooperation and group cohesion
Artistic expression as a tool for branding and motivation
The activity is guided by two teams of experts:
Urban artists will create an original artwork that teams will then replicate, applying their own creative interpretation within certain guidelines. These experts will also teach techniques and guide the teams throughout the creative process, covering sprays, stencils, composition, and more.
Team building specialists, who will observe group dynamics, reinforcing leadership, motivation, conflict management, and collaboration.
Each team will receive a materials kit and a specific theme, predefined by the urban artist’s original creation. Teams will replicate the artwork with a degree of creative freedom, allowing them to personalize their pieces while respecting the core design. After the collaborative creative process, teams will present their works to a final jury. To add an exciting element, we can include a surprise: a vinyl with the company’s logo embedded in the canvas, revealed at the end to enhance brand recognition and team belonging.
Additionally, this experience can be complemented by a live artistic intervention on YOUR GIANT LOGO, performed by a renowned graffiti artist – a unique and exclusive way to wrap up the event with visual and emotional impact.
“The art battle” is a fun, participatory and powerful ice-breaker, ideal for corporate events in Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
