A unique experience on the Costa del Sol!
Team Building Malaga offers you combined activity – a guided visit to the Automobile and Fashion Museum in Malaga, and our Formula One workshop.
This experience is divided into different parts; first the group will enjoy a guided tour of the automobile museum. Each of the rooms is represented by a specific historical period. In addition, each room will show you not only the vehicles of that time period but also the typical fashion.
Then, we will divide the group into different teams and organize a team competition to see who is capable of developing the best formula one vehicle. For this activity we will have to distribute many tasks from choosing and developing the design, the aerodynamics, to planning which parts should be installed and assembled in the car, etc. Several factors come into play here, such as: communication, leadership, time management and change management.
Once the cars are finished, each team must test them on an agility circuit, where all facets of the vehicle will be tested, such as speed, aerodynamics, reliability and stability.

Teamwork is essential as each member of the team will have to play a certain role in the creation of the vehicle.
Among the roles to be played in the activity, one of them is to prepare a speech to sell the vehicle.
